Our Philosophy

We believe that children are competent and capable.

One of our biggest aims is to grow socially competent, emotionally robust individuals who are capable of thinking and doing for themselves.

It is our goal to ensure that our children are able to learn and grow in an environment which encourages their sense of wonder and discovery and which encourages new skills and the ability to consolidate their learning in a supportive environment. We aim to create a learning and teaching environment which is inviting, engaging and a place where all children can feel valued and respected. Our centre provides opportunities where both children and teachers can teach and learn.

Building children's sense of self worth is central to our teaching practice. We place great value on respect for ourselves, respect for others and respect for our environment, our achievements and creations. We are highly dedicated to being a positive influence in the lives of the children we teach.
